(“IMG”) is a 100% Filipino-owned corporation and an independent financial distribution company committed to advancing financial literacy, expanding financial inclusion, and providing access to practical financial solutions for individuals, families, and communities across all income segments.

Established on 7 March 2002 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC Registration No. A200203947, IMG was founded on the belief that financial knowledge, planning, protection, and wealth-building opportunities should not be limited to a privileged few. For more than two decades, IMG has built a strong and expanding presence in the Philippines and in key international markets, serving as a platform through which Filipinos and global communities may access financial education, protection, healthcare, savings, investments, estate preservation, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
